Staying on the first floor near the breakfast area and front desk was quite convenient. The rooms were super clean, modern, and appointed with everything you need. However, the constant 'ding' sound from the elevator was a bit of a downside. Parking was included in the room rate, which was a plus.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was nice and clean, making my 2-night stay convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat in Chicago. The location was the highlight, close to the lake, restaurants, and Wrigley Field, despite the tight space. On the downside, the breakfast options were standard but offered some variety.
